shuangyu Privacy Policy

Tianjin Changxiang Leyou Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") operates the shuangyu app ("the App"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect and why

• Account: the account name and password you choose. Passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes. Used to create your account and keep you signed in.
• Profile: name, avatar, gender and bio you choose to add, and your optional voice card (a short audio clip, up to 15 seconds). Shown to other users in Discover, rooms, moments and chats.
• Social activity: follows, likes/passes in Discover, matches, blocks and reports. These in-app relationships are stored with your account and used to run these features and to handle reports. We do not read your device's address book or contacts.
• Voice rooms: the room you are in, your seat, and live audio while you are on a seat. Live audio is relayed to people in the same room in real time and is not recorded or stored.
• Moments and messages: voice moments (up to 60 seconds), text, images and voice messages you post or send. Stored so they can be delivered and displayed. Private messages are deleted from our servers after 180 days.
• Purchases: product identifiers, Apple transaction identifiers and signed transaction information, your Sparks balance, Plus status and transaction history. Used to verify purchases and show your history. We never receive your payment card or Apple ID password.
• Device and log data: IP address, app version, OS version, request timestamps and server logs. Our server access logs record each request line, including the search terms you type in Search, together with your IP address and the time of the request. Used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Kept for 90 days.

We do not collect your phone number, your device's address book, precise location or health data. We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

2. Permissions

• Microphone – only while you record a voice card, a moment or a voice message, or speak in a room. You can decline or revoke it in Settings; you can still listen.
• Photos – only when you pick an avatar, room cover or chat image. Declining does not affect other features.

3. Service providers

• Tencent Cloud TRTC – real-time voice transmission in rooms. While you are in a room, the TRTC SDK built into the App sends Tencent your user and room identifiers, live audio, your IP address, a device identifier generated by the SDK, your app, SDK and OS versions, network type, and call-quality diagnostics (such as CPU and memory usage, latency and packet loss). Tencent's call-quality dashboard also records an approximate region (country or province) for your session. Under Tencent's published TRTC privacy agreement, Tencent keeps these service logs, dashboard and troubleshooting data for 14 days.
• Tencent Cloud COS – storage of images and audio you upload (Singapore region).
• Apple In-App Purchase – all payments, under Apple's terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with anyone else except as required by law. Content you post publicly (profile, voice card, moments, room messages) is visible to other users.

4. Storage, retention and security

• Data is stored on servers in Singapore (Tencent Cloud). If you use the App from another country, your data is transferred to and processed there.
• Account and profile data are kept while your account exists; private messages 180 days; our server logs (including search terms) 90 days; Tencent TRTC service logs 14 days under Tencent's policy; purchase records as required by law.
• We use HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. We will notify you as required by law if a security incident affects your data.

5. Your rights

• View and edit your profile in Me → Edit profile; delete your voice card or moments at any time.
• Withdraw microphone or photo permissions in iOS Settings.
• Delete your account in Me → Settings → Delete account. Your personal data is deleted or anonymized within 15 business days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
• Residents of the EU/EEA, UK, California and other regions may have additional rights (access, portability, correction, deletion, objection). Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

The App is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
