shuangyu Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and Tianjin Changxiang Leyou Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") for the use of the shuangyu app ("the App"). By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
1. Account
- You register with an account name (4–20 letters, digits or underscores) and a password (6–20 characters). Keep your password safe; actions taken with your account are treated as yours.
- One account per person. Accounts may not be sold, lent or transferred.
- You can delete your account at any time in Me → Settings → Delete account. Sparks, Plus and other virtual items are removed with the account and cannot be restored.
2. The service
The App lets you record a voice card, discover and match with other users by voice, join live voice rooms, post voice moments, send virtual gifts and message other users. We may change features with reasonable notice in the App.
3. Sparks, gifts and Plus
- Sparks are a virtual currency bought through Apple In-App Purchase and used only to send virtual gifts inside the App.
- Plus is a one-time purchase that gives 30 days of Plus features (Plus badge, higher daily like limit, one pinned moment). It does not renew automatically; buying again extends the period by 30 days.
- Gifts increase the recipient's popularity score shown in the App. Sparks, gifts, popularity and Plus have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred. The App offers no cash-out of any kind.
- Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms; refund requests go through Apple. Used virtual items are not refundable except where required by law.
4. Community rules
Content you post or say must be lawful and respectful. You may not: post sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, fraudulent or illegal content; impersonate others; spam or advertise; use bots, scripts or exploits; or collect other users' data. We may remove content, mute, restrict or ban accounts that break these rules, and we may report unlawful activity to authorities. You can report any user, room, moment or message with the Report button and block users with Block; reports are handled within 3 business days.
5. Content and intellectual property
- You own the content you create and are responsible for it. You grant us a license to store, transmit and display it as needed to run the App.
- The App, its design, icons, text and software are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
6. Termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control; we will restore it as soon as practical. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the App and take effect when you continue to use it.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by network or device problems, third-party services, other users' conduct or your own actions. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the App in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes will first be resolved by negotiation; failing that, by the competent court at our registered address.
